Catri looked up at the full moon. It was a long time since she had seen one. Then again it had been a long time since she last walked on Earth. As a Gardian she was weakened by sunlight so she tended not to leave Hell to often. Now she wandered through the forest wondering what good this Earth could ever come to. She was very bored so to amuse herself she held out her hand and started a fire that floated along where ever she directed it. It got boring pretty quickly. Not much now a days could keep her intrest. She was always bored it seemed. Hell was an interesting place but it had its down side. Everyone there were always acting the same. Indifferent to everything. She was not like that though. She had left Hell for a visit to Earth and now she was wondering why she had ever thought that Earth could possibly amuse her. She thought about going to a town and tormenting the citizens but Seaten had specificly stated that she was not to go near any towns because of the last time she had visited Earth. So she continued wandering through the dark seemingly deserted forset, not pating attention to her surrondings.
Young demons eyes traveled the forest brush, eyeing every bit of his surroundings with little curiosity... Been awhile since he had made his last appearance in the area... Did he even want to speak about it...? Why bother even thinking about it...? Ranting, The brute concluded to himself as each one of his thoughts rushed into him rapidly. He had to admit, he did in fact rant a lot. Lowering his eyes to the ground, he shook his head very slowly, trying to clear his mind of all his irritatingly stupid thoughts. He slapped his forehead repeatedly after awhile, head spinning from every rush of pain that came from his own palm. Muttering after every hit, the young demon sighed heavily, hand now pressed against his forehead, looking out into the deep green. A slight movement caught his double-colored eyes, causing them to narrow. As his hand slowly dropped down to his side, he didnt move from his spot, merely watching the wanderer in the dark...
Very interesting... He said with a slight grin. The tone of his voice was dark and emotionless, as it usually was... unless something were to throw him off his cool and collected exterior. He had always found wanders very interesting... Nosey as he was (yet he did not admit that he was curious at times), the young demon continued to watch from afar, his darkened gaze flashing every now and then...
Where there is one silent stalker, there is another. Well, this time at least. A raven had been flying silently overhead when the creature noticed a girl walking in the forest. The bird perched itself on a branch and gazed at her for a moment, feeling something was strange about her and different than most others. That was when he heard a voice beneath him. Well what do you know? It seemed someone else was watching too. And not only that, but the demon seemed unaware of Kalona Ayule's presence. Time for a little bit of fun. The raven transformed into it's human-like form, still remaining in the tree above the second onlooker. Suddenly, the young child leaped from the tree branch down to the ground, yelling "Boo!" as loud as he could. Kalona Ayule hoped to catch the demon by surprise. Then, deciding to have a bit more fun, the boy quickly disappeared in front of him as a shadow, blending in with the night. The thunderous 'boo' echoed in the air, and no trace of what had caused the noise was left, other than a slowly moving shadow which seemed to drift behind a tree and peek out.
Catri silently wheeled around looked into the darkness where the child's voice had come from. She was suddenly very aware of what was going on around her. She reached out with her mind and felt two presenses nearby. How could I have let two beings get so close without niticing? I guess Saeten was right, I do let my gaurd down to often. She walked over to the where she had sensed the beings and was shocked to see only one standing there. The demon was looking just as bewildered as she was at the sudden noise so he couldn't have made it. Then she noticed the strange shadow behind the tree and suddenly it all made sense. That childish voice belonged to the now shodowy form behind the tree. She decided to play along so, standing next to the demon she said, "Come out, come out where ever you are..."
Gritting his teeth, the young demon flinched, irritated by the sudden noise exploding in his ears. He was also irritated by the sudden outburst of the child appearing out from the sky... Not that this wasnt normal. Of course, it wasnt normal. But it was normal for him... in an awkward and absolutely stupid way. Glory... Reminds me of my stupid brothers... dont get me started with that. Shaking his head briskly, dark hair falling in front of his face, the young demon glared at the shadow form that was once the child now within the tree... After a moment or so, his gaze softened a bit, noticing that the watcher was now the watched. The one he had been stalking now stood beside him. Shifting to the side a bit, he coughed irritably, smoothing his hair back with his fingers. His crimson and sapphire optics flashed repeatedly as he blinked, moving back over to the shadow form... Yeah, show yourself and tell me what the Hell all that was about. Obviously, he wasnt ready to start off on a new foot, going with pleasant conversation.

The boy was about to slip away in his shadow form, but then something struck him. Brothers, eh? Almost immediately, Kalona Ayule returned to his human-like form, a broad smile spread over his face. "Brothers?" he asked. From the way the demon thought Kalona reminded him of his brothers, Kalona Ayule figured they sounded like someone he might play with. "Where? Can I meet them?" By this point, the Hiroko was bouncing up and down, a bit excited over the fact he might be able to find a playmate his age. Kalona Ayule only then realized that the demon had asked him a question earlier. "Oh yeah. They call me Raven Child. And I was just bored so I decided to go for a fly until I ran into you two." Kalona Ayule smiled almost innocently up at the two, figuring he might be able to talk his way out of this one. Then again, these two didn't seem that angry with him So maybe he could get away afterall. He was too anxious to go play, and he didn't need to sit aorund here all night.
Quirking his eyebrow at the boy, a small frown graced his brow irritably... yet again. Reading off my thoughts now... Heh... That would be the last thing I'd think my mind was. Interesting. Interesting my foot. To him it was a void. A dark, desolate void that held nothing but pain, suffering and loss. All thoughts negative and black. Pure dark serenity. That would be what he'd call it. Then moving on to the response he was given through the question... "Ran into us... Suuure..." Cloud never fell for that kind of false judgement... Like he was thinking earlier, it was a kind of thing his brothers would do. It was either, "C'mon, Cloud, we didn't mean to!" or "It was an accident." "Glory... I hate those guys," he muttered lowly to himself aloud, shaking it off quickly. "And I assume you just ran into my mind and read what I said about my brothers... now... DID you?" Even if he thought his mind was nothing more but a mere black hole, his body a walking-talking shell... It was the sole place left he had to carry with him that he called sanctuary.
"Ok you can be quiet now. You, kid, get out of the demon's head and you demon, no more about your brothers. Just put them behind you if they bother you that much." Aurora hated fighting and she was very good stopping them because in Hell there are fights breaking out all over the place but she was always getting frustrated at the way things always happened. Why couldn't people just get along? "So who are you both anyway? And why were you following me?" She directed the last question at the demon who had ben following her the longest.
"Tch..." He snorted, hearing the first remark from the one he had been 'stalking.' No need to worry about sticking those children into the back of my mind... tsk, tsk... "Being a bit controlling, ain't ya... My brothers, my business... my choice to speak about them..." He muttered, stuffing his hands deep into his pockets. Stifling a cough, the young demon moved his eyes here and there before letting them fall back upon his 'stalkee.' Sapphire and crimson eyes flickered as he stared, thinking over for a moment. To introduce, or not? Names were of no importance... and if not... why contemplate this sort of thing over? Ranting... as always. After a moment or so, a brief sigh escaped from his lips, eyes once again trailing off, "The name's Cloud Nagkasala Angel. And why I follow..." A silence, then a slight shrug, "... Reasons aren't important."
Well, now that wasn't exactly the response that Kalona Ayule had expected from the girl. He had expected more of a yelling lecture type thing. Names. Well, only a few of Kalona Ayule's closer friends knew his actual name. It was too hard for most to pronounce. Instead, Kalona always used his nickname. "As I said before, I'm Raven Child." And why was he following her? Well, to tell you the truth, he had been extremely bored and decided to go mess with someone's mind. When Kalona Ayule and perched himself in the tree, he had been devising a quick plan to try and scare the girl, but then he noticed the demon and chose him for his 'victim' instead. But Kalona Ayule wasn't about the say that out loud. That might just get him into more trouble. "And I just got bored. That's all." He response was the truth, but just not as detailed. "And you are?" Raven Child question the girl.
Aurora looked at them both for a minute trying to decide if they could handle the truth about who she was. She beleived that the boy would just make trouble if he knew but she wasn't sure about the demon. Things had weird ways of excepting the truth. "I am Aurora. Nothing special there. I'm just as bored as you are, boy, but I don't try to scare people why would you want to do that any way? Whats the piont?" She looked at the demon and, suddenly decided, she asked, "Have you ever been in Hell?"
He blinked at the sudden question. Ever been to Hell? Ever been to Heaven? In my world, there is no such a place known as 'Heaven'... only an empty black space. Sheer darkness and all out horrifying... To forever stay suspended in time... Shaking off the slight trance, the young demon cocked his head forward, unsure for a moment. There were quite a few 'Hells' he had visited. But once again... names of things... not important... "Perchance," he started off, scratching his head, "What is it to you all of a sudden?" And so his reply was a question. He ran his fingers through his hair briskly as he spoke, taking his words to an upmost point where they sounded questioning. It just happened to be strange how any 'stranger' would want to know where he had been at all, he supposed.
She looked at him and suddenly had the feeling that she had stumbled onto grounds that he wasn't going to talk about. "I'm sorry, you don't have to answer if you don't want to. I wasn't trying to invade I was just wondering because, well, because it tends to be that at some point or another a demon always manages to find his way down into the halls of Seaten. Actually, I've never met a demon who hadn't been there." She said that last part with a hint of accusation in her voice. It was true that she hadn't met a demon who hadn't been to Hell but she also knew that she hadn't ever met a demon outside of Hell. It kinda limited the odds there. So instead she decided to wait and see how he responded.
"You accusing me of something?" He quirked his eyebrow toward Catri, "Maybe I'm not one of those every day demons you see all the time. Those pitiable beings that isolate themselves from the world beyond..." The young demon's voice became hoarse, barking now, "... Pathetic beings of such lower caliber... I suppose they shouldn't even come up here. It's pitiful how they fear the light. Absolutely pitiful." Wow. Said a lot. Should he have? He took in a deep breath, exhaling a deeper sigh, "Maybe I said to much, but live with it." Turning on his heel, he started away from the two others, tapping his foot impatiently, "No one's going to stop me..." As his words faded out, he flicked his hair arrogantly with his fingers...
She was startled by his sudden out burst but she knew that she had asked for it. "Look I didn't mean it like that just hold on don't go." SHe ran over adn grabbed him to stop him from walking away. "Look I don't know what happened in your past and frankly I don't care either but Saeten told me many times that you can't let the past affect how you act in the future..." She stopped suddenly. She had mentioned Saeten name to a guy she didn't know very well. O crap she was such a mindless idiot. But of course, what was done was done and now she had to accept the consequences. She stood there just looking at him.
His eyes narrowed, crimson and sapphire optics sharp, their gaze piercing and cold... He turned his eyes on her, growling lowly, "Don't touch me," cocking his shoulder away from her, he took a few steps away to the side, staring at the ground... "And if you really don't care about how my past turned out after all these years of living well... Why tell me what this 'Saeten' tells you?" Once again, the young demon dropped his glare upon Catri, quickly snapping his head away, looking into nothing, "No matter how many times I attempt to stray away from my past, I'll eventually end up sitting in a world of darkness, from which no one can catch me once I fall..." He smirked a bit, a slight sneer bubbling from his throat, "But if you don't care... then I don't care... and we're all happy." After a brief silence, he folded his arms across his chest, standing quietly, the breath of the air pushing lightly against his body... Satisfied? Not by the least.
Catri glared right back at the demon. What was his problem? "I don't get you. At all. I was trying to help you don't need to bite my head off. What on earth or in Hell can possibly have happened to make you so rude?" She was made now. Her eyes blazed. She didn't know what was wrong with this guy but he was acting pretty rude.
The youngster stuck around to listen for a moment, but then he realized this probably wasn't any of his business. Kalona Ayule transformed into his raven form took his leave.
He snorted, looking over his shoulder for a moment to watch as the smaller one flew off. Scared that one off, we did. "Help me? Bah..." He snorted, turning his head back, his hair flipping as he moved. Sighing heavily, he turned on his heel to face he who he was mouthing off to, "And... plenty of things have happened to me. Some of them good, most of them bad. I suppose you could say I was influenced through my own mistakes and mishaps. Why... How stupid of me. First I was an ignorant child, the next thing I knew I was a tool for destruction. Yeah, I suppose that influenced me a lot." He paused at mid-point, lowering his eyes to the ground, "I shouldn't be saying all of this. I'll probably bore you with my horrible melodramatics."After a second, he threw his head back, letting off a hoarse laugh, although there was no amusement in it. Sheer pain.
