Info: Scrad appears to be a reasonably normal-looking human, except for the fact that he has a second smaller head, named Charlie. This second head is attached to a long snake-like neck that seems to sprout from Scrad's upper back, though most of the time Charlie remains hidden inside Scrad's backpack and just pops up occasionally to see what's going on.
Scrad and Charlie have surprisingly different personalities. Charlie is cheeky and smart-mouthed, while Scrad tends to be a bit on the clueless side. Overall they're a dopey pair of wannabe villains who usually earn their money as henchmen to evil-doers.
