Weaknesses: All of his powers are very limited. Although he can be extremely powerful, it only lasts for short bursts, and using up too much energy can cause him to collapse from exhaustion.
Other Info: Music heals him, as well as calming him if he is in a rage. In turn his own song, a mournful whale-like cry, has the power to soothe others. Lugia is both an excellent swimmer and a graceful flier. He can speak in the common tongue using his mind rather than his mouth, but he only does this if he really needs to.
